We design and develop embedded control systems. We study the control requirement of customer's equipment/ machine and draw-up the specification for the electronic control required. We then develop a prototype and integrate the same with customer's equipment. We do the necessary modifications in the hardware and the embedded software and fine tune them to acheive a perfect control system for the customer's machine.
The next step is to assemble a pilot lot of a few units and deploy the same to get them field tested.
On successful completion of live trials, and further fine tuning, we move on to volume manufacturing. We specialise in small to medium volume manufacturing of say upto 500 units. In case mass production is required, we can provide all the data required on a mutually agreeable terms
Our development cost is kept on a tight leash and so we are able to offer competitive products even at low volumes. Competitive prices at Low volumes!! How is that possible?
We design all our products from ground up. No fixed platforms and no RTOS overheads.
