Most Vending machine controllers are too oversized consequently too expensive and difficult to modify. Why? Because it is too expensive to redesign boards and so the manufacturers tend to build a “ALL in one” board and configure to different needs.

The down side is only small changes are possible in machine design. Any radically new machine concept can NOT be supported. Design of a totally custom board is too expensive and too time consuming.

We design all our products from ground up. No fixed platforms and no RTOS overheads.

How do we overcome the challenges of high cost of design?

We have done this so many times that we have made strong building blocks such as MDB section, Display handling, MENU structure, Motor drive etc... So we can combine the standard modules and quickly create a custom design that is low cost, quick to design, NO waste design and highly reliable.
